Refunds & Returns

We make custom blinds just for you! This means every blind is specially made when you order it, so we can’t easily resell them. Please double-check your order to make sure it’s perfect, especially your measurements.

1. Changing or Cancelling Your Order

  • 24-Hour Window: You can change or cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours after you place it. Just give us a call or email us right away!
  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, our team starts making your blinds. This means we cannot give refunds for changes or cancellations after this time.
  • Address Changes: We can’t change your shipping address once your blinds have been sent out.

2. If Something Isn’t Right (Damaged, Wrong, or Defective)

We do our best to make perfect blinds, but sometimes things go wrong.

  • Our Error, Our Fix Promise: At Dollar Blinds, your satisfaction is our priority. If we ever make a mistake in crafting your custom blinds—meaning they arrive damaged, were made wrong by us (e.g., incorrect size due to our error), or have a manufacturing defect—we will fix it at no charge to you, guaranteed!
  • Tell Us Fast: You must tell us within 14 days of getting your blinds if they are damaged, were made wrong by us, or have a defect.
  • We’ll Fix It: If you let us know within 14 days, we will repair or replace the blinds for free. We’ll even pay for the shipping to send you the corrected item!
  • Sign for Damage: If a package looks damaged when it arrives, please try to note it when you sign for delivery.

3. Important Notes on Measurements & Samples

  • No Remakes for Customer Measuring Errors: Please measure carefully! Because your blinds are custom-made, we cannot offer a free remake or refund if the product does not fit due to an error in your measurements.
  • Samples Available: Call us at (786) 917-5999 or email us at support@dollarblinds.com to request your free samples.

4. Other Returns & Refresh Your Look Option

  • No Refunds for Preferences: Since your blinds are custom, we generally don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind about the color, style, or features after receiving them.
  • Refresh Your Look Remake Option: Changed your mind about the color? Want a different style? We understand! If you’d like a different look after your order has arrived, we offer a 10% discount on a remake of the same product. This allows you to get the perfect style you desire without starting from scratch.
